ARRIVAL
Late evenings and weekends;
If your appointment is booked in the evenings after 6pm or at the weekend, please note that there is currently no receptionist at these times, so I would ask you to arrive at the time of your appointment and NO EARLIER, as the front door will be locked during appointments.
For all other appointment times between the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, please try to arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment time.
Please remember that traffic can predictably be unpredictable so always try to allow extra time to park, especially at peak rush hour periods.
Please note that the Reception is also closed between 1pm and 2pm for lunch, so do try to bare this in mind if you have an appointment booked, wish to make an appointment or are calling in to pick up products.
COURSE BOOKINGS
All treatments, with the exception of special treatment packages or offers, can be booked as a course and are valid for 12 months

CANCELLATIONS
Life can be unpredictable and you may need to change or cancel bookings. I feel it is unfair (at this point) to charge clients for a cancelled booking. However, if you cancel 2 or more bookings without giving 24 hours notice you will no longer be able to book your appointments in advance.

I accept all major debit and credit cards accept American Express.
Cheques are not accepted..
